Yipiz shall not be responsible for interruptions in service or damage due to hardware or software failure, failure caused by hackers, viruses, server failures, website traffic or network overload, network failures, or acts of God.

7.Yipiz shall not be responsible for lost data or content. It is the responsibility of each customer to create and maintain backup files of contentor data of any other nature that is on Yipiz.

8.You shall not use Yipiz’s services, or website for any illegal or illicit purpose.

9.Yipiz reserves the right to amend or alter its policies and pricing at any time. Refund request must be made within 72 hours of purchase time (5 days for AK residents). Yipiz reserves the right review refund requests and either grant refunds or deny refunds for any reason. If refund is granted all Yipiz materials must be returned and all digital copys deleted immediately.

10.Any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement or your use of Yipiz’s software, website, or services, shall be settled through binding arbitration which shall be held in Utah County, State of Utah. THE PARTIES WAIVE ALL CLAIMS TO A COURT OR JURY TRIAL. The law of the State of Utah shall govern all disputes. The Federal Rules of Evidence shall apply in all arbitration proceedings.

11. ALL CONTENT within Yipiz is copyrighted, trademarked and protected. Unless otherwise notified, you may not use content for private or business use. You may NOT change or otherwise alter the original materials or information.

12. Yipiz reserves the right to view, edit, delete, terminate, suspend, or make changes of any kind at any time and without your permission.

13. “Spamming" Is Prohibited. Yipiz does NOT tolerate spam. You understand that you are NOT allowed to send emails, messages, or advertisements to Yipiz's addressees that do not pertain to Yipiz.

If your account is terminated, you are not allowed to access Yipiz again and will not receive a refund.
